Tuna Salad Sandwhich THM "E"
1 can (or half a can) of Safe Catch Tuna
1/4 cup of sauerkraut
Pinch or 2 of cayenne pepper
1 - 2 tsp of stone ground mustard
2 diced dill pickles
2 pinches of pink salt
Mix all together in a bowl and serve on 2 pieces of sourdough bread. Pair with a side of veggies with cucumbers with nutritional yeast and salt. Serve with a protein milk if desired.
