About Me.

Since I started my holistic journey in 2020, I have done a lot of research into ways of eating and different supplements. My experience as a Physician Assistant since 2013 has taught me that patients need more education. I want to bring a service that comes along side of women to educate on blood sugar balancing meals to bring weight loss, hormone balance, and reduction of inflammation to restore your health. I focus on whole food plant based and low fat to reach health goals!
